Our Vision

XChange exists so that we can come alongside you to fill your heart with fresh vision and to help your ministry by sharing the systems and structures with your team that have worked for us. We desire to be a gathering place where you can connect and build relationships with other pastors and churches in different areas, stages, and seasons of ministry. Join us to share successes, struggles, and to get resourced to break the barriers within your ministry.

A Heart for Your Church

God has placed in us a desire to reach local churches and to create an environment where you can network with other leaders and support teams to be encouraged on how to navigate the challenges that are prevalent in ministry.

Our Goal

God has called us, as a church, to reach the world. We desire to partner with other churches because we believe that we can do infinitely more together than apart. We want to connect you with the resources that you need through real relationships that make a difference. Our goal is to help you double your effectiveness in your community, double your attendance, and double your influence as a church. Together, we will see the Word of God change lives, transform families, and impact communities in significant ways.

How We Do It

Your reach impacts the Kingdom of Heaven, and we’re all about God’s business! Our team is prepared to share experiences and resources that will help you take your ministry to the next level. Through our conferences, roundtables for senior pastors, conference calls, and podcast, we hope to equip you for greater influence and impact in your church and region.
